Rick Stock Law traces their history to the creation of Roland & Schlegel at 627 North 4th Street in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1985. From the beginning, this Law Firm has been committed to the City of Reading and to all of Berks County. Now, with offices in Berks County and Montgomery County, we serve the legal needs of clients in Berks, Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, and Schuylkill counties.
When Charles Rick joined Roland Stock in 2012 it began an association that leads to the creation of the Rick Stock Law in 2019. For history buffs, the firm was Roland & Schlegel from 1985 to 2010, Roland Stock from 2010 to 2019 and it became Rick Stock Law in 2019.
From 1985 to 2019 the firm was based primarily out of the North 4th Street location in downtown Reading. Rick Stock Law now has two offices, the above office in Reading and the below office in Pottstown.

Our new Reading location is centrally located within walking distance of the Berks County Courthouse and the Berks County Services Center. The new office will be a block from the Courthouse, a block from the new Alvernia University downtown campus and a block from historic Penn Street. We are excited about our new location in downtown Reading as the City of Reading begins its downtown transformation of the Alvernia Campus and the Madison building.
Our goal for the past 35 years has been to serve you and to serve you to the best of our ability. We believe that this new centrally located, handicap accessible downtown location will be a great next step in the growth and expansion of Rick Stock Law.
